FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  3. When the CNDB FID appears without data, flat rate is inferred.
  4. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
    Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DUPLICATE algorithm.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. In the DMS-100 and TL1, the originating subscriber has control, on a per call basis, over the availability of their telephone number for display at the called party station.  In a TL1 switch, this availability is allowed or blocked by a blocking code.  When the code is entered, availability will be switched from whatever status was previously in effect.
  2. In the EWSD, when the feature is assigned dialed calling number delivery is blocked.
