FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. DMS-100
    Data entry following the COTO FID is required if the Automatic Message Accounting Billing Option SUSP is set to OFF in the Table AMAOPTS.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  4. EWSD
    The COTO FID is allowed without data for the EWSD switch.
