FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. This FID is only used on Special Access service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Hi-Cap facility channels identified by this FID must match the Channel/Pair numbers that are assigned in corresponding Connecting Facility Assignment (CFA) entries on a related Switched Access service order. This FID is specified on a Special Access service order along with the  Switched Billing Account Number (SBAN) and Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-SS Telephone Number Format (CLT) or Two-Six Code (TSC) / Trunk Number (TRN) FIDs to provide a cross reference to the billing account number and circuit identification of Switched Access service that is provided via shared use of a Hi-Cap facility. The Hi-Cap facility charges will be reduced (i.e., "RATCHETED") proportionately according to the number of channels used for Switched Access circuits.
