FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The CPDN FID is required when CPNC appears with values other than 8. The CPDN FID is not required when CPNC appears with a value of 8.
  2. When CPDN appears, all AMA recordings for all terminals on the pipe will be reflected under the default DN.
