FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used on ISDN PRI trunks and instructs the switch whether or not to override the CPN provided by the CPE.  If data following CPNO is N, then the CPN sent by the CPE will be used.  If data following CPNO is Y, then the CPN shown in the CPDN FID will be used.
