SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The Call Redirect (CRT) feature provides residential end users the capability to transfer incoming calls to a pre-defined directory number.  The directory number is specified by the service provider to differentiate services or applications such that the incoming calls are routed to a tone or an announcement.
