The class of service for the account upon completion of the order.

Planned Availability only, Class of Service
(Access Service Tariff Application)
For  WATS Access Lines (WALs), Special Access Lines (SALs) and service indicates the class of service on the order.

For Switched Access Service, the class of service will continue to indicate account class of service.

Section  IDENT   Position   LH:
The old class of service when there is a change in the main class of service.

FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. On Switched Access Service orders only, this FID is retained in CABS and printed on CABS CSR.
2. FID is prohibited in IDENT LH for all Access Services.
3. T, F, X, P, and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
4. The main class of service is the code specified in the CS field of the fielded portion of the Identification Section and is associated with the main account number in the Telephone Number (TN) field.  The main class of service applies to the entire service order unless it is overridden by the Secondary Class of Service (SCS) FID
