FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The CSNP FID is not processed by the Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  It is used as a reference only.
2. The CSNP FID will be generated and added to the service order by the service negotiation and provisioning system.
3. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The CSNP FID is used to indicate that a service negotiation and provisioning system took English language data and converted it and generated a standard service order with the appropriate USOCs and FIDs.
