FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. Section:  IDENT,    Position: LH, FL
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The CSR FID is displayed on Centrex accounts, indicating that lines are "bit-marked" in the ESS translations and thereby able to utilize the CSR-I/CSR (Centrex Station Rearrangement) capabilities in the 1AESS or the Customer Data Change feature in DMS-100. CSR capability can be indicated in the IDENT section (applying to all lines unless otherwise indicated) or in the S&E section to designate the capability on each line.
2. On CSR-I/CSR Centrex accounts, lines not equipped with the customer changeable feature are shown with a floated S&E No Customer-Change Capability (NCR) FID.
3. If station rearrangement capabilities are provided via the Centrex Customer Rearrangement System (CCRS), the FID may be used at account level (IDENT section) to indicate all lines are so equipped or at line level (S&E section) to indicate individual lines are so equipped. However, "bit marking" is not used with CCRS. The CCRS data base resides in another processor that interfaces with a 1A, 5ESS, or DMS-100 switch.
4. The use of the CSR FID in the S&E section is redundant when the capabilities of CCRS are included in a USOC.
5. Element 1 may be used to indicate that a Centrex line or account is equipped with station rearrangement services, and changes to the Centrex lines or features are being made either via a terminal at the customer's premises or by a terminal at the provider’s service center.
