SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. CUGO is used to administer membership in a Closed User Group (CUG), while maintaining the identity of the CUG owner as secure information. CUGO is not used to provision the CUG.  The DNIC identifies the area or region in which an International CUG is established. The locally assigned number (Element 2 or 3) is used as a pointer to the CUG owner's identity.
