    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The Closed User Group Interlock Code translation is a Switching Control Center (SCC) function.  This FID has no recent change impact on subsequent service order activity.  Rather this FID is used to identify, for record purposes, that a Specific Business Group (Centrex) is a member of a closed user group network which supports Area Wide Centrex Service.
