SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The Call Waiting Conference (CWTC) feature enables call waiting users to have more control over incoming calls.  The call waiting subscriber presently can only alternate between calling parties.  With CWTC the called party will be able to extend the call waiting capability to conference the original party, the calling party and themselves into a conference.
