Element Rules:

Lucent has defined most of the popular assignable service features, which are referred to as “pre-constructed” features and are identified on a FID by a mandatory leading asterisk “*”.  Additionally, system administrators are able to locally customize additional assignable features, which are referred to as “constructible” features.  Constructible features are locally developed, do not contain a leading asterisk and have 1-8 character feature names.  The Feature field is used to define both “pre-constructed” and “constructible” types of features.
Semicolon space is the series separator.

TL1, FETEX-150, EWSD APS 13.0 and Later, GTD-5 EAX
The presence of CWC requires the presence of CWT or CWD.  If CWC applies to Call Waiting Termination (CWT), use the CWTG FID.  If CWC applies to Call Waiting Deluxe (CWD), use the CWDX FID.  CWT and CWD are mutually exclusive.
Semicolon space is the series separator.
EWSD
The presence of CWVA in the EWSD switch requires either Call Waiting Termination (CWT code set, CWTG FID), Call Waiting Deluxe (CWDX FID), or Caller ID with Call Waiting (CIDC FID).
TL1
In the TL1 switch, when code sets CWDL and CWO are assigned to a Directory Number, it must be a BBG line.  When CWDL and CWO are assigned to a specific Directory Number on a Terminal, it must be a non-BBG line, and the element 5 code set is used to define the proper view.
In order to provision Call Waiting on Three Way Call (CWTWC), the line must have both the Call Waiting and Three Way Calling features.
GTD-5EAX
Applicable to non-BBG lines or to denote a feature on a Centrex line shown at the line level rather than at the subgroup level.
SanteraOne
The presence of CWC requires the presence of CWT.
