FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. When the data entry for element 1 is CUSTOM, the FIDs Call Transfer Originating Options (CXRO), Call Transfer Terminating Options (CXRT) and Call Transfer Recall Option (CXRR) are required on the same USOC logical line.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
