FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. To initate a mechanized SOAC/MAS (Service Order Analysis and Control/Memory Administration System) flow through, FID must be entered on DASK feature USOC logical line.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The SUPR option must be assigned to Key 1 of the supervisor's set before the Display Agent Summary option can be added.
2. The DASK option can not be assigned to Key 1 of the set.
