FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. FID must be entered on the pipe's assignable USOC logical line.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Starting with National ISDN-1, "PP" and "MP" are classified as Custom BRIs (i.e., BRIs using a customized AT&T proprietary protocol).  Standard BRIs are those utilizing Telcordia's version of the Q.931 protocol.
