FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. This FID applies to the account's main station location only. 

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. In addition to the quantity, the specific White Pages and/or Yellow Pages directories may be identified.
2. Some data entries must be associated with a directory code. A directory code may be either a 1-3 or 5 character combination of letters and/or numbers.
3. DEL is used when:
   - the customer requests Foreign Directories
   - the number of directories to be delivered is negotiated with the customer
   - the customer requests a change in the number of directories delivered
