SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used for the application of SOAC Programmable Rules when a line is converting from DSL Line Sharing to FTTP.  Programmable Rules is a SOAC feature that allows a client or Telcordia to write customized rules that are used to manipulate service order entries.
