SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The customer must identify what departments or organi- zations are to be associated with items of service and equipment and/or group billed subaccounts.
  2. Non-recurring or fractional charges are identified by the DI entry on the OC&C portions of the monthly bill.
  3. Only I and O action codes may precede the DI FID when it is used as a grouping FID.
  4. Once Departmental Identification is established on an account, all items in the S&E Section usually will be associated with a DI entry.
