FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Section:  ASGM     Position:  FL
   This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset, Central Office Facilities Subset, and Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
2. DID is used with a PBX or Centrex station number to indicate that the DID feature is applicable.
3. Section:  S&E     Position:  FL
   When the FID DID appears  without  data, it is not considered a Primary Line Identifier.
4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
6. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
   Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DISTRIBUTE algorithm.
7. Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   When the SOAC Mechanized DID Provisioning and Porting Feature is enabled, the DID FID is used following trunk USOCs only.
