SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The Telephone Status Monitoring (TSM) feature permits a monitoring TN to monitor the Idle/Ringing/Busy/Held status of a previously established list of TNs.  Presence of the DMTG FID overrides this arrangement and prohibits this TN from serving as a monitoring TN.  See the Deny Telephone Status Monitored (DMTD) FID.
