FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The DMV FID indicates that, at customer request, their high volume calls (e.g., calls to identified Internet Service Providers (ISPs)) are not to be automatically moved (i.e., served by) an access node designed to better handle such traffic. A possible reason for such a request might be customer concern over the inability to use a very unique switch-based feature for the duration of an ISP-related call.
