FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The DNR FID only applies when the TCGN FID appears at the Terminal Service Profile (TSP) level.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The DNR FID is only needed when the bearer service is assigned features which are assigned in the Terminal Configuration Group (TCGN).
