    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The telephone number following the DNTD FID represents the customer's telephone number and is used as a cross reference.  For example, on a T and F service order, the TN data on the F service order is the customer's new telephone number and the TN data on the T service order represents the customer's old telephone number.
