FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. ISDN Circuit Switched Bearer Service
   Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
       -Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
       -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
       -Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
       -Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)
2. T, F and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
3. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is redundant to the Individualized Dialing Plan (IDP) FID and obsolete with 5E4.
2. This FID is used when the Dialing Plan Group differs from Individualized Dialing Plan group name as shown in the Customer/Business Group Identifier (CTX) FID.
