FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  3. The Data Terminal Number (DTN) FID must appear on the same USOC logical line for PPSN service.
  4. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
    Series and range processing is not appropriate on this FID, since the USOC logical line will never carry a quantity greater than 1.
