FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The FID TTYD with the code set DISP is required on the same logical line.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The SUPVR option must be assigned to key 1 of the supervisor's set before the Display Queue Status option can be added.
  2. The DQS option allows a supervisor to query the current load status statistics for the associated ACD group, i.e., the number of calls waiting in queue, number of occupied agent positions and the waiting time (in seconds) of the next call to be answered.
