FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The TTYD FID with the code set DISP is required on the same logical line.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The SUPR option must be assigned to Key 1 of the agent's or supervisor's set before the Display Queue Threshold option can be added.
2. The DQT option allows an agent or  supervisor to query the queue threshold status of the associated ACD group.
