Current processes can accept DSL orders only when a Customer Service Record (CSR) is available at the address where the DSL is to be installed.  These processes cause delays in the provisioning of ILEC provided DSL and line shared CLEC/DLEC services.  This FID will denote that certain information from the voice service order can be used in the DSL provisioning process without having to wait for a CSR on a newly installed line.
