FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The EASE FID will be generated and added to the service order by the service negotation system.
2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The EASE FID is used to indicate that a service negotiation system took English language data, converted it, and generated a service order with the appropriate USOCs and FIDs.
