  1. The EMC floats after the Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Serial Number Format (CLS) FID or the Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Telephone Number Format (CLT) FID.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. This FID is used on government "standby" circuits which are activated upon short notice at the customer's request.  The tariff for the service is obsolete. However, the FID is applicable to the existing grandfathered services and it is not to be used with any new services.
