EQUIPMENT (IDENTIFICATION) NUMBER

INDICATES:

The equipment identification number assigned to customer provided equipment by AT&T Engineering (Conformance and Attestation) or by the Federal Communications Commission (Registration). This number identifies the manufacturer, model number and equivalent Bell System equipment for the Conformance and Attestation Program and the grantee, manufacturer, registration number, function code, and network signaling assigned to the equipment by the FCC for the Registration Program.
