   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. A networked voice messaging system ties together different voice messaging systems.  A customer receives a message from someone outside their voice message service. The recipient can reply to the message and the call will be automatically routed even though the individuals are on two different voice messaging systems.
   
   This FID does not restrict the customer from sending or receiving messages on their own voice messaging system.  It restricts the customer from sending messages to  other  voice messaging systems.
