FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
    If priority categories are used, a code table of priorities should be locally developed.
  2. When an account is multiline and not all of the lines are to be essential, the ESL FID is entered floating after only those lines that are essential.
  3. When essential line status is to be added, changed or removed on an existing line, action codes C and T are used.

    The FID ESL may be used with no data entry or, if priority categories are used, with a locally developed priority code.
