FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS.
  2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" action code.  The "I" action code is optional on the service order.
  3. The Number Portability Direction Indicator (NPDI) FID is required in the S&E Section with Code Set D (Wireline to Wireline).

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used by the E911 system to determine if the end user record should be unlocked or deleted from the database.
