  1. This FID is entered in the Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The first segment starts at the main frame termination and ends at the "in" termination of the first cross-connection point.  If there is no cross-connection point, it ends at the termination in the distribution terminal.
  2. An element 2 value of C indicates that F1 pair assignment is constrained because of loop unbundling involvement.
