1. An internal system count is done daily to ensure that the Billing Account Number (BAN) does not exceed the number of allowable circuits, telephone numbers or trunks.  The FBI FID will be automatically generated when the Unbundled Network Element (UNE) or Interconnection BAN has reached its maximum.
2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
