1. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.

   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

   FID is used to denote the date a telephone number ports back to an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC).

   FID is used by a locally developed system to generate reports for customer notification of firm order commitment dates on designed services.
