  1. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS        
  2. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used on a voice service order to provide the fiber order number of a related data and/or video order issued in a locally developed system.
