FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The FSO must be specified for a circuit when the switching entity cannot first be determined from the Primary Line Identifier or secondarily by the Local Serving Office (LSO) for that circuit or when the derived value would be incorrect, i.e. a switching entity other than that used for the circuit.
2. The specified Switching Entity may be within the Local Serving Office or may be in a Foreign Location.
3. Any working Central Office Code designation unique to that Switching Entity may be used.
4. The FID FSO is required on all Access Service orders for WATS Access Line's (WAL) when served from a foreign office.
5. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
6. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
