SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used by CABS to associate the subtending facility to a ring and/or SONET facility in order to bill the correct charges.  It is also used to prevent the removal of the SONET and/or ring facility prior to the removal of the subtending facility.
