   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code. The I action code is optional on the service order.
2. T, F, and X order types prohibited on Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The FWC FID is used when the NPA NXX needs to be overridden, e.g. cross-boundary situations where billing is required in one state but provisioning is completed in another state.
