FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. This FID is prohibited for 5E7 and later releases.
2. The GTI FID cannot stand alone.  It must be followed with FIDs and data that are used to provision features that affect the entire account, or business group.  See Intercom Dialing Plan Group (IDGP), Intercom Dialing Plan Group  (IDG1-9), Message Service System User Group (MSGP), and Electronic Directory System User Group (EDGP) for 5ESS applications.
3. CTX is required in the unfielded IDENT Section when GTI appears.
