1. This FID is for billing purposes only.  It is not used for provisioning.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. These FIDs are used by CABS to associate the intermediate customer billing account number with the intermediate connecting facility assignment identified in the ICF1-ICF4 FIDs.
2. The number contained in the HBN1-HBN4 FIDs must correspond to the number contained in the ICF1-ICF4, DIR1-DIR4 and BNA1-BNA4 FIDs, i.e., HBN1 is associated with ICF1, DIR1 and BNA1, HBN2 is associated with ICF2, DIR2 and BNA2, etc.
