1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The HSDT FID provides a cross-reference to the trunk being used to carry the subscriber's ADSL traffic from the ATM switch to the service provider's ATM portal.
