SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Multiline Hunt Terminal Call Type is used to define the call types when MLHG is assigned to an ISDN TL1 terminal (TSP) (@@W) or to the OE (@@F).  It may be used when MLHG is assigned at the bearer service level, however, the USOC defines the call type and the information is redundant.
