FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The use of this FID is valid for 5E5 and 5E6 only.  It is prohibited for 5E7 or later releases.
  2. The application of this FID allows the appearance of Elements 2 and 4 or 3 and 4, up to ten times with either allowable element combination.
  3. For additional positions see IDGP, IDG1 through IDG7, and IDG9.
  4. Elements 5 and 6 are required only when IDG8 is used to establish the Intercom Dialing Plan Group, unless the floated FID TGID and data appear on the same logical line.
  5. The Trunk Group Identity (TGID) and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6) of an Intercom Dialing Plan Group must appear in at least one of the "position" FIDs (IDGP or IDG1-9), or as a floated FID TGID on one of the "position" FID's logical line when the Intercom Dialing Plan Group is established.  This information also must be retained when subsequent activity occurs for a particular Intercom Dialing Plan Group.

    a.  If a two digit Intercom Dialing Plan Group "position" FID (IDGP, IDG1-9) is deleted with an O (out) action code, and that FID has either the Trunk Group Indicator and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6), or the floated TGID FID, on the same logical line, and the Intercom Dialing Plan Group is not being disconnected, then another "position" FID for the same group must be changed to add the Trunk Group Indicator and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6), or the floated TGID FID and data, on the same logical line.

    b.  If the data of a two digit Intercom Dialing Plan Group "position" FID (IDGP, IDG1-9) is changed, and that FID has either the Trunk Group Indicator and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6), or the floated TGID FID, on the same logical line, then the Trunk Group Indicator and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6), or the floated TGID FID and data, must appear on inward action coded "position" FID logical line.

    c.  If a two digit Intercom Dialing Plan Group "position" FID (IDGP, IDG1-9) is deleted or changed, and that FID has either the Trunk Group Indicator and Identification Number (Elements 5 and 6), or the floated FID TGID and data on the same logical line, and if the TGID information for specific Intercom Dialing Plan Group appears as an element on another "position" FID within the same group, or as data of the floated TGID on the other FID's logical line, no other changes are required to retain the TGID data.
