SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The IFC FID element is a subset of the NCI FID element 1 (partial), 2, 3 and 4.  The NCI FID, containing the COMMON LANGUAGE Network Channel Interface (NCI) Code, is the appropriate FID to use in lieu of the IFC FID.  The NCI FID includes the NCI Transmit, and NCI Receive Transmission Level Point Codes used in the calculation of expected transmission loss.
