FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. INT FID is redundant with the MVP FID which contains an element for intercom number identification.
  2. The entry of the INT FID without data indicates that the line has revertive calling capability for DMS-100.
  3. T, F, and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
