FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The INTT FID is required when the LTCL FID, Elements 3 and 4, have the values of "NI2" and "D" respectively, i.e., CS = NI2 and PS = D.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The INTT FID is designed to facilitate service order analysis system association of services and terminals in the presence of Integrated ISDN terminals.  This FID is not used for switch translations.
